I started life as a long distance cyclist before stints as a basketball and netball player, bodybuilder, rugby player and back to classic bodybuilding.

I am a qualified personal trainer who holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, majoring in Psychology & Nutrition, along with a post-graduate diploma in teaching.

I’ve had 30 years in the fitness industry and nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping people reach their goals and exceed their own self imposed limitations.

I’ve always had to squeeze every bit of performance out of my body just to be competitive which means that I have learnt a massive amount along my fitness journey and that means anyone I work with gets better results faster.
